Refund policy

We will accept returns of select products if shipped back within seven days of 1st delivery attempt. Under the shipping section of each product, you can see if the product is eligible for returns. All special ordered items are final sale. If you have any questions about a specific product's return eligibility, please contact us. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@alexisjae.com with details of the product and the defect.
