We require a signature on all packages. If you'd like to waive the signature, please contact us. Due to insurance policies, we cannot replace any 14k gold stud earrings sent without a signature. At present, we can ship anywhere in the United States. For orders outside of the U.S., the customer will be responsible for all import fees.
